Delete Data

How to request deletion: visit Support or use the support channel where your account was created. Ask for account deletion or ledger data deletion and include enough information to identify the account.

What deletion covers

When a verified deletion request is completed, active account records, receipt files, OCR fields, ledger entries, proof notes, and generated packets associated with the account are removed from active systems where reasonably possible.

What may remain temporarily

Some information may remain for a limited time in backups, security logs, billing records, fraud prevention records, or records we are required to keep for legal, accounting, or dispute purposes.

Verification

We may ask you to confirm control of the account email or provide other reasonable verification before processing a deletion request. Do not send passwords, card numbers, or unnecessary sensitive documents.

Exports before deletion

If you need copies of your records, request an export before requesting deletion. Once deletion is completed, records may not be recoverable.
